Naturally, the church of St Aelhaiarn in Guilsfield will attract considerable interest for its architectural features and its artefacts. But its main purpose continues to be what it always has been, a focus for the worshipping and spiritual life at the heart of the community in which it stands.
In our Mission Statement you will find a summary of how we individually and collectively 
aim to utilize God’s gifts in the service of the church and our community. Through the generosity of the community we are able to use God’s bounty to support good causes both in this country and throughout the world through an annual programme of giving and to preserve and improve the church here for future generations through project work.
